Assets Costa Rica’s experienced team works closely with our development partners in all aspects of a project from acquisition through to completion, participating in all critical decisions to ensure the best outcome for our investors.

EXIT

Our investors receive their invested capital and profits when the development is complete. However, in a scenario where management determines significant value can be achieved prior to the completion of the development.
