Built in 2007 and having been well-managed since 2010 by the current owners, the business has been growing year after year under the current management.

The award winning hotel is completely fully operational and “turn key”, and is highly rated on major review websites and recommended by the major Costa Rica guide books etc. It is also booked by major hotel booking companies such as Travelocity, Hotels.com and Bookings.com. The hotel also has a good “social media” presence with its own Facebook page with thousands of “likes” and a Twitter feed.

The hotel is comprised of 8 Junior Suites and owner’s 3 bedroom villa that is rented out as a vacation villa.
